上海国际仲裁周暨上海国际仲裁论坛是由中国政法大学仲裁研究院与中欧校友国际贸易和知识产权保护协会、金诚同达律师事务所共同发起，于每年3月初在上海举办的，以仲裁为主题的高端论坛及系列研讨活动。仲裁周旨在推广仲裁制度、发展仲裁事业，搭建仲裁行业与社会各界的交流沟通平台暨国内外仲裁前沿问题的研究平台。
Shanghai International Arbitration Week & Forum, cohosted by China Arbitration Institute of China University of Political Science and Law, Association CEIBS Alumni International Trade and Intellectual Property Protection, Jincheng Tongda & Neal Law Firm, is held annually in Shanghai in early March. Themed with the Arbitration, this event has high-end Forum and series of sub-Forums. Arbitration Week is an international research platform with its aim at promoting arbitration system, developing legal cause and setting up the platform between Arbitration professions with all walks of life.
上海国际仲裁论坛于2015年启动，自2016年扩展为首届上海国际仲裁周，2017年第二届上海国际仲裁周已经在国内外产生广泛影响。
2018年第三届上海国际仲裁周定于3月9日（周五）至14日（周三）期间举办，上海国际仲裁论坛（主论坛）定于3月10日举办。

Shanghai International Arbitration Forum was first held in 2015, then developed into Shanghai International Arbitration Week in 2016. 2017 the Second Shanghai International Arbitration Week has been a domestically and globally significant impactful event.
2018 the Third Shanghai International Arbitration Week will be held on March 9 (Fri.)–14 (Wed.), and Shanghai International Arbitration Forum (Main Forum) will be held on March 10.

The theme of 2018 Shanghai International Arbitration: Credibility of Arbitration
2015年时值仲裁法实施20周年，仲裁研究院为宣传推广仲裁制度，推动仲裁研究与实践的深入开展，首次通过行业申报、专家评审、评委投票等综合方式，从八个奖项设计角度，对仲裁事业进行了回顾与总结，为行业发展梳理出一批优秀的、可复制的创新成果和成功经验，树立起一批仲裁界优秀领导和骨干人才的整体形象。全国首届“纪念仲裁法实施20周年仲裁公信力评审暨颁奖典礼”由中国政法大学和法制日报社共同举办，社会反响热烈，对社会仲裁文化的塑造和传播起到了积极作用。
On the 20th anniversary of Arbitration Law of the People’s Republic of China, China Arbitration Institute (CAI) for the first time gave a review and conclusion of the Arbitration, through recommendation, expert review and voting of jury, from eight prospectives of the award designing, with its aims of promoting the institution of arbitration and advancing arbitration research for practice, cultivating leader and elite practioner, creating reproducible innovative achievements and gathering successful experiences，and building the image of arbitral professionals. Co-hosted by China University of Political Science and Law and Legal Daily, 20th anniversary of enactment of Arbitration law credibility of arbitration review & award ceremony actively contributes a great deal to the spread of arbitration culture.
该项目作为仲裁研究院长期开展的持续性研究项目，计划每三年公开发布一次并进行颁奖。第二届“仲裁公信力”评价指数报告发布定为2018年底。第二届仲裁公信力评价指数报告，将是首次通过量化、科学化、规范化的方式，创新研究“仲裁公信力量化评价指标体系”，并进行全球发布。该项研究持续广泛征求社会各界意见，不断完善指标体系，将形成三年一届的发布惯例。该项目旨在促进仲裁事业规范、可持续发展，提升仲裁社会影响力和公信力，助力中国仲裁国际公信力的形成。
This Project, as a long-term research project, shall be held every three years. The Second Credibility of Arbitration evaluation index report will be released in 2018. The Second Credibility of Arbitration evaluation index report shall apply quantitative evaluation index system to make a scientific and normalized research of the Credibility of Arbitration. The Project shall solicit opinions from all aides so as to perfect the index system and release the report every three years constantly, with its aims of promoting standardization of Arbitration cause and sustainable development, enhancing social influence and credibility, thus making it possible to strengthen the international arbitration credibility of China.
鉴此，2018年上海国际仲裁周主论坛将围绕“仲裁公信力”主题展开；各分论坛在各自研讨中建议安排与该主题相关角度的研讨。
By virtue of this, the theme of 2018 Shanghai International Arbitration Week main Forum will be the Credibility of Arbitration. The themes of Sub-forums will be the related topics.

2017年上海国际仲裁周主论坛有超过500名业界人士报名，超过30家媒体进行了报道，是最具影响力的仲裁论坛之一。2018年主论坛将全程由CCTV《大国仲裁》纪录片现场拍摄，法制日报社协助进行多媒体形式统筹安排宣传报道事宜，影响力将进一步扩大。
2017 Shanghai International Arbitration Week Main Forum, as one of the most influential Forum, accepted over 500 applications from arbitration experts, and has been reported by over 30 media. 2018 Main Forum will be filmed entirely on location by CCTV The Arbitration of the Great Powers documentary film crew. To expand the influence, The Legal Daily will support the Forum as well by using multimedia to report timely.
故此，为保障发言质量，2018年上海国际仲裁论坛要求事先提交书面发言稿或主题论文，择优选取发言嘉宾。每位发言嘉宾时间为10-15分钟。提交书面论文或发言稿基本要求如下：
Therefore, to ensure the quality of the Forum, 2018 Shanghai International Arbitration Forum requests submission by written Papers or related Speeches followed the principle of selecting the best qualified. The main Forum is invited for 10-15 minutes presentations. Requirements are as follows:

Themed with the Credibility of Arbitration, the paper should have substantial content without limitation of the word.
◎投稿欢迎原创文章，亦接受近两年内发表的相关主题文章。投稿意见将会作为仲裁公信力评价体系项目的参考内容，作者将被优先邀请参与项目评价、出席发布会暨颁奖礼。

Sub-Forum Pre-Notice
总体安排：上海国际仲裁周分论坛热忱欢迎各机构共同主办或承办！会务组将协调统一提供会务、场地、媒体报道等各方面服务。鉴于2018上海国际仲裁周的主题是“仲裁公信力”，建议分论坛在组织研讨时，对主题涉及的角度予以关注和讨论。
General Arrangement: All organizations are welcome to host or co-host Shanghai International Arbitration Week with the support of Conference services and meeting venue and media. The themes of Sub-forum are suggested to be theme-related as well.
注：分论坛由各承办方决定特邀发言嘉宾，一般不需要提交书面文章。
Note: Sub-Forums will be held separately by each organizer without the requirement to submit.
